LADYHAWKE describes herself as a lady who loves guitars, loves making noise and pressing buttons.
The self titled debut album had huge success internationally being certified gold in the UK and Australia as well as platinum in New Zealand. This lead to a whole host of international awards including 6 x NZ Music Awards, 2 x ARIA Awards and 1 x Brit nomination.
This year Pip Brown aka LADYHAWKE has been writing and recording in London, LA and Auckland in preparation for the sophomore release.
Foreshore 2011 will be the first chance for Australia to hear Ladyhawke's brand new music along with the old classics.
