i did a road trip from laurieton nsw to canberra, via Sydney and ulladulla, picked up some mates along the way and had the best weekend ever! loved the intimacy of foreshore, the epic lineup, the good company, and the RAIN was the icing on the cake! Why go to Sydney for a festival?

Why I love FORESHORE: My first electrifying experience with ‘PNAU’ - had the hoards eating out of his hands with girls on shoulders and a sea of poncho’s bopping in the crowd. It was a manic sweatbox come nightfall with every outdoor-loving music freak engulfing the electric atmosphere! Well…. I love the rain! Watching the hair product become matted, the make-up washing into black streaks down excited faces, the pretension washing away, masses of bodies steaming in the crush up the front - its a great leveler - no-one cares what they look like and everyone has a great time.

I love FORESHORE purely because of the smokin' atmosphere and if an act is hot it will be on the bill. The mighty headcaving, body crushing Ministry & techno house music just sets it off! Unfortunately there is a knack of it being wet and muddy, but this doesn't stop the outlandish Canberran’s from letting their hair down. Has become an unmissable event - Kicks should be proud!!
